Haarlem Studios

The Project
.
Haarlem Studios provides affordable work spaces for creative practitioners, artists and makers. Set inside a former tape factory 'Haarlem Mill' built c.1850 on the edge of Wirksworth in Derbyshire.
.
Graphic Workman was asked to create a visual identity to help reinvent the space and appeal to the new 'industries' now found within the factory.
.

Creative Response
.
Inspired by the prominent iron strapping clearly seen on the facia of the factory – we proposed a typographic system that echoed these.
.
Custom draw typeforms playfully interrupt, hold together and express themselves across all touch points including signage, print and digital.
